The Filming Process.

Pre-Production
First, we discuss your special loved one/s with you, trying to gain an intimate understanding of their life and character. This way, we can work with you to find the best way to represent their story.
2.
Production
Then, we arrive at your location and capture the life story of your loved one/s. We carry out the interview with the highest standards of professional quality and understanding of your story.
3.
Post-production
This is where the magic happens! Post-production is where we create the video/s and content that will be cherished for generations to come. We work tirelessly to ensure that all video content is of top quality and is delivered asap, usually within one month.

Yes! We can record in any language that you would like! We may need some assistance at various points from a person who can speak the language, but can be fairly autonomous with capturing the life story in another language. We can also capture life stories multiple times in different languages each time (i.e. we could record a version in English and another in Italian). We can also subtitle to any language desired. Please reach out if you have a particular customisation in mind like this and we can discuss further.
Our professional team will always capture a far better quality than recording on a phone with our professional camera, audio, and lighting equipment. While a low budget option is capturing it on your phone, we often have many clients come to us anyways after this due to quality complaints of mobile phone production. Given the importance of a life story in being the ultimate way to remember special loved one/s, we strongly recommend getting it captured properly by our team.
We understand that there are a lot of people who are camera shy and not fond of being in front of the camera. As a result, we always do our very best to make it a pleasant and relaxed filming experience and are happy to work with any requirements/requests from our life story interviewees/interviewers where we can.
If you are unsure what questions to ask your life story interviewee we can provide a list of questions for you to use/get inspiration from. We are also happy to answer questions regarding finding the best place to record and capture the life story interview.
Yes! We can capture two people as part of the one life story package (as long as the video length still remains the same as listed in the package). I.e. if you want to capture a life story of your mum and dad, we can capture both simultaneously.
